Shipping policy
We ship our products with using the same method you selected during checkout. Although rare, some products may be lost in the mail. If you haven't received your product in the specified time you selected, please check your confirmation email for status. If your product remains stuck for over 7 days, contact us at [email protected] and we'll send you a new product.
Shipping during hot summers and cold winters have consequences that may alter the state of your product. Fortunately, this rarely happens as we ship products that have a strong temperature tolerance. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you in filing an insurance claim, as well as replacing your product.
