DESCRIPTION

Mexican vanilla is famed for its full-bodied and warm flavor profile. Its versatile and highly-desired flavor can be used in a wide range of recipes. Mexico is the birthplace of vanilla and is the only place in the world where bees naturally pollinate vanilla orchids.

These vanilla beans are the same species as our Bourbon vanilla beans, but they are cultivated and processed differently and have a warmer, creamier flavor profile.

The beans are an average of 13 cm in length with 27-35% moisture content.
